With a large number of renewable generators installed in the grid the supply will be more and more volatile. The only way to balance the load with volatile generators is a  SMART GRID. Madera UK has developed its own system based on submetering platform with associated sophisticated software package which allows to measure selected large loads' energy consumption and to manage the plant load.

After the installation of submetering load management system it is possible to be SMART now and not in 2050. The positive "side" effects are - 2-10% saving on energy price , 24/7 continues performance check of all key machines and their operators, which results usually 5-10% increase of the plant production, identification of energy inefficient machines and their change - it "causes" another saving about 10-30% on energy prices.
